Great customer service! First size I ordered was too small for my wife and left her heels hurting (7-8.5) and she’s an 8.5. So I reached out to Vero Monte and received a quick response, and was sent a new pack in the next size up, free of charge, plus we got to keep the original pack to give away to my wife’s sister. They have a tiny bit of rubber at the back that keep these puppies on your foot. Ordering more!I always get blisters and toe seams rub across my toes. These socks solved both problems. Unlike other sock liners, these do not come up over the top of your foot but just over the toes. Make sure to buy smaller than you would think, because they need to be snug to stay in place.Mom said they are the best for comfort and softnessI expected them to cut into my heel like others I have bought and they do unfortunately. I am a size 9.5-10 shoe so it's hard to find these long enough to stretch to my foot size, they fit tight on my heel, this may be my own issue. Good quality and soft though.First of these socks I have found that fit snugly enough to not slip off my heel in shoes but are still very comfortable!!!Right from the start loved the feel of the material. More cotton feel than nylon. Better quality than the "name brand" ones I payed much more for. You receive a very nice letter from the company with your purchase with excellent information on the product and how to tell if you have the correct size and all information to reach out to company directly for assistance. You will even receive an email from the company! I had a bit of an issue with my sock I responded to the email and explained to Elizabeth what was going on and without hesitation she explained I may need a different size and immediately set to helping get the size I need. As long as I have been an Amazon customer I have never had customer service this wonderful! Elizabeth has kept me up to date through the whole time of trying to get me taken care of! I will definitely look for this company during future shopping and if they have what I am looking for I will buy from them. Recommend the socks and the company. I will update how the smaller ones work according to shoe size.I received Tieks from the company while working as a nurse in the pandemic and another pair around the same time from my family. I had only worn them with stockings and then I heard of these socks. They are incredibly useful! The company reached out to me while they were shipping and assured me they wanted a good experience for me. The socks came well packaged and I wore them with Tieks today. My feet were comfortable, my shoes did not rub or feel sweaty and the socks mostly did not show. Occasionally, they show a tiny edge at the side of my foot but it's barely noticeable. Great purchase and I'm happy to have them.
